2002 Chevy Trailblazer BEST Automatic Remote Car Starter
When adding a remote start to your vehicle there are a lot of things to think about. For this vehicle you either have no keyless entry, or a keyless entry FOB that is separate from your key.
If you want a great basic remote start the system below is our recommendation. Plenty of range for daily use and rock solid reliability! Start your car from your home or office with the touch of a button. Also controls your lock, unlock, and panic functions! The nice part is after install you won’t have to carry your OEM remote anymore this replaces it and keeps all the original functions!
In addition to the remote start unit above, you will also need what’s called a bypass module for your Chevy Trailblazer. This will work along with the unit above and allow it to control the immobilizer / GM passlock 2 / and keyless entry lock system on your vehicle. We recommend the unit below:
What’s nice about the GMBL-BP Bypass is that it also automatically turns on your headlights and reverse lights when you unlock the doors at night exactly like your OEM transmitter does! It’s a nice feature to see at night you don’t want to lose that. Also the bypass above doesn’t need any special tools to program it you can use it right out of the box and it will work perfect on your 2002 Chevrolet Trailblazer!
